She represents the Ministry of Justice at the parliament’s sub-committee for the elaboration of project law 9341/2012 related to e-transactions, cybercrimes and personal data, as well as the committee of defense for the elaboration of project n 2478/2009 related to succession.

Ms. Helweh is the president of the first instance monetarist and commercial chamber in the north of Lebanon.

She did a training in cyber security studies at the Marshall center in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany and participated in many conferences concerning this subject.

She holds a masters in criminal law from the Lebanese university and wrote her essay about cyber-criminality.
